There are many theories about the true definition of gravity, although science has offered models on how gravity affects both living and non-living matter. Ida Rolf claimed that through her experience working with thousands of people, that you are either synched with the gravity field or fighting it, and that gravity never loses that war. This theory implies that gravity is part of the human energy body, or at least that gravity affects the body in a positive or negative manner. It’s a profound perspective.

Could she be right?

Have you seen people who seem to defy their age? People whose bodies have not buckled under the stress of life and the passage of time?

Are they born with genetic advantage — or is there something more going on? Something such as the positive effects of gravity through alignment, balance and harmony in the gravity field?
